In the Inbound Goods menu in WMS, there are several statuses that indicate the stages of the goods receipt process. Each status indicates the condition and progress of goods receipt, starting from Pending, Open, In Progress, Partially Completed, Completed, to Cancelled. Understanding each status helps you determine the condition of the goods receipt and the actions that can be taken at each stage of the process. The following is an explanation of each status.

  1. Pending: The inbound goods have been recorded, but the receipt process has not yet been carried out.

  2. Open: The inbound goods receiver has been assigned, but the goods receipt process has not yet been carried out.

  3. In progress: The inbound goods have gone through the receipt task stage and are being processed for storage recording.

  4. Partially completed: Some of the inbound goods have been received and stored, while the rest are still being processed.

  5. Completed: The inbound goods receipt has been completed through the final stage (storage in the warehouse/storage location).

  6. Cancelled: The inbound goods receipt has been cancelled.

That concludes the explanation of the inbound goods receipt status information in WMS.
