How to Manage Bulk Inventory Using Excel in Desty Omnichannel

After the Master Product has been successfully created, you can manage and update product inventory in bulk through the Bulk Upload feature. This feature helps you update inventory for multiple products at once without having to change them one by one. Here are the steps.

  1. Go to the Inventory menu and select the Inventory Settings submenu.

  2. You will see two format options: Download Inventory List and Download Free Format.

A.  Download Inventory List

After selecting Download Inventory List, you will receive an Excel file with a predefined format.

Columns that can be edited:

  • Fisik (Physical): Enter the available ending inventory

  • Batas Stok (Stock Limit (Minimum)): The minimum inventory level before restocking is required

B. Download Free Format

If you select Download Free Format, make sure you complete the following three required columns:

  1. SKU Master (Master SKU)

  2. ID Gudang (Warehouse ID) – can be found in the sheet named "Warehouse List" in the Excel file.

    Note: The Warehouse ID will look like this.

  3. Under Stok Fisik (Physical Inventory) – Two entry methods are available:

    1. Ubah Stok Final (Change Final Inventory): Directly replace it with the latest inventory quantity.

    2. Tambah atau Kurangi Stok (Add/Decrease Inventory): Add to or subtract from the existing inventory.

  4. Once finished, return to the Desty dashboard and click “Bulk Upload” then select Upload to apply the changes.
