On Desty Omnichannel, you can log in as a sub-account using the email address and password set up through the User Management feature. Before logging in, make sure the sub-account has been granted access by the Main Account. Follow these steps.
On the Desty Omnichannel login page, enter the email address and password.
Then, click the “Log In” button.
