Desty Omnichannel uses a balance top-up system for its use or to pay service fees. After your free trial period ends, credit balance will automatically be deducted from every completed order in the stores you connect to Desty. If you have not topped up by the time your free trial ends or your credit balance runs out, Desty services will be suspended until you top up. Here are the steps.
To top up your balance, log in with your primary Desty account or a manager sub-account, then click "Your Billing".
On the Billing page, click the “Top Up Balance” button.
You will be directed to the Top Up Page. Enter or select the top-up amount that corresponds to your estimated service usage.
After entering the top-up amount, click "Continue".
Select a payment method. (Check the transaction fees for each payment method here).
You will be directed to the payment page. Make the payment on the provided page within a maximum of 1 hour.
After the payment is successful, you will be directed to the Top Up History page. You can view your balance and the history of all transactions.
