On the Desty Omnichannel Dashboard, you can monitor your account's operational status and sales performance from connected marketplaces. The Dashboard menu includes Business Analysis, which helps you view your store's sales performance over a specific period. You can view the number of sales, products sold, completed orders, and compare performance with the previous period.
You can select the Order Status that you want to include in Business Analysis:
Order Creation Time: Data is displayed based on when the order was first created.
Order Ready-to-Ship Time: Data is displayed based on when the order is ready to ship.
Order Completion Time: Data is displayed based on when the order was completed.
There is also a Period Filter that can help you generate reports based on the desired filters. You can select:
Marketplace: view data from all marketplaces or a specific marketplace.
Period: specify the dates to analyze.
Comparison: compare the results for the current period with the previous period.
With this comparison, you can determine whether sales performance has increased or decreased.
1. Sales
The Sales section displays a summary of sales performance during the selected period.
There is also a chart that you can use to view changes in sales value from day to day.
Solid line = the selected period.
Dotted line = the previous period.
With this chart, you can view:
The day with the highest sales.
Daily changes in sales.
Performance comparison with the previous period.
The chart is then divided into four types of reports. The following is an explanation of each.
A. Potential Sales
Displays the total value of all orders created during the period, along with the total number of orders. Potential Sales is calculated from the total number of new orders, so there is still a possibility that these orders may be canceled or returned.
B. Products Sold
Displays the number of products sold based on orders created.
Average sold per day: the average of approximately how many products are sold each day during the period, calculated by dividing the total number of products by the total number of days selected in the period.
Note: Average Basket Size (ABS): Displays the average number of items purchased in a single order. This is calculated by dividing the number of products by the number of orders.
C. Completed Sales
Displays the total value of completed orders, referring to the total orders in the Completed tab.
Average sales: the average value of each completed sale divided by the total number of completed orders
D. Completed Orders
Displays the number of completed orders.
Average orders per day: the total number of completed orders divided by the number of days in the period filter.
2. Top Stores
The Top Stores section displays the stores with the highest sales performance during the selected period.
The information displayed includes:
Potential Sales → total value of created orders.
Completed Sales → total value of completed orders.
Products Sold → number of products sold.
Completed Orders → number of completed orders.
With this information, you can determine which store contributed the most sales during a specific period.
3. Top-Selling Products
The Top-Selling Products section displays the products sold in the highest quantities during the selected period. This information only appears when there are sales for products that have been designated as Masters.
The information displayed includes:
Product name
SKU
Number of products sold
This section can be used to determine the products that are most in demand among customers during a specific period.
This concludes the overview of the Desty Omnichannel dashboard.
